Quorum is a scheduling service run by Sloan Finger. This policy explains what Quorum collects, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and profile picture from the account you sign in with.
- Access to the calendars you connect (Google, Microsoft, Apple or ICS). Quorum stores the access tokens encrypted.
- Booking and poll details: the times, attendees, names and email addresses that people enter.
How we use your calendar
- Quorum reads when you are busy or free to offer times that work. It does not store event titles, descriptions or attendees from your calendar.
- When someone books a time with you, Quorum creates that event on the calendar you chose, with its attendees.
- In polls, your teammates may see that you are busy at a given time, never why. You can hide this per calendar.
Google user data
Quorum's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide the scheduling features above. It is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train AI models, and not read by people except with your permission, for security, or as the law requires.
Sharing
Quorum does not sell personal data. It shares data only with the services that run it (Cloudflare for hosting and email, Supabase for the database and sign-in) and with the people you schedule with.
Your choices
- Disconnect a calendar at any time. Quorum deletes its tokens for that calendar at once.
- Ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted, using the address below.
